**HAYYATI TECHNICAL SERVICES** is a dynamic and growing sector company in MEP. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Female Office Administrator to join our team and contribute to the smooth functioning of our office operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Manage office supplies and ensure adequate stock levels.
- **Facility Management**:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate with vendors for office services and repairs.
- **Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
- Assist in data entry and documentation tasks as needed.
- **Communication**:
- Serve as a point of contact between employees and management.
- **Travel Arrangements**:
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- **Human Resources Support**:
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and managing employee benefits.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
**Education and Experience**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
- Previous experience in office administration or related roles
**How to Apply**:
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
