- Professional approach in dealing with clients, suppliers, and employees.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- Diploma or certification in office administration may also be acceptable.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Strong knowledge of office procedures, administrative systems, and record-keeping.
- Experience in handling correspondence, scheduling, and coordination of meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws, company documentation, and government portals (advantage).
- Ability to manage office supplies, vendors, and service providers.
- **Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
