- Requirements:

- Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food trends.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with kitchen staff, servers, and customers, providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
