**Job Purpose**

To supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the fire maintenance team, ensuring the proper upkeep, repair, and compliance of all fire protection systems, in line with company standards, Civil Defense requirements, and relevant safety regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Team Supervision & Coordination**:

- Lead and guide the fire maintenance technicians in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Assign daily work orders and monitor task completion to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed during all maintenance activities.
- **Maintenance & Repairs**:

- Oversee the inspection, testing, servicing, and repair of fire alarm systems, sprinklers, fire pumps, hydrants, suppression systems, and emergency lighting.
- Ensure faults are diagnosed and repaired promptly.
- **Inspection & Compliance**:

- Verify that all maintenance work complies with NFPA, Civil Defense, and other regulatory standards.
- Assist in preparing inspection schedules and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain records of daily activities, work completed, and any defects found.
- Report major issues or delays to the Maintenance Engineer/Manager.
- **Training & Guidance**:

- Provide on-the-job training for team members to improve technical skills and safety awareness.
- Mentor junior technicians in troubleshooting and repair procedures.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Coordinate team response during fire drills or actual emergencies.
- Ensure all firefighting systems remain operational at all times.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Protection Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
- **Experience**: Minimum 4-6 years of fire maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- **Certifications**: Civil Defense approval (if applicable), NFPA training preferred.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of fire detection, alarm, suppression, and sprinkler systems.
- Ability to read and interpret system diagrams and manuals.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Leadership and team management.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.

**Work Environment**
- May require working outdoors, at heights, or in confined spaces.
- Must be available for emergency call-outs as required.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
