**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems and fire fighting equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests of fire alarms, sprinklers, and other fire suppression systems.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and federal fire safety regulations and standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with fire alarm systems and fire fighting equipment promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
- Coordinate with other departments and contractors to ensure seamless integration and functionality of fire safety systems.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on fire safety protocols and equipment handling.
- Respond to emergency situations and ensure the safety and security of personnel and property.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, fire fighting equipment, and relevant safety codes and standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications in fire alarm systems and fire fighting equipment (e.g., NICET, NFPA) are highly desirable.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in fire alarm systems and fire fighting equipment preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the fire safety industry, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
