**Job Summary**:
The Civil Foreman is responsible for supervising and managing the construction and maintenance of civil engineering projects such as buildings, villas, and pools. They will lead a team of construction workers, ensuring that all tasks are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications. The Foreman plays a key role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Supervision**: Lead, coordinate, and manage a team of construction workers on-site, ensuring tasks are completed according to plan and within set timeframes.
- **Worksite Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction activities, ensuring efficient use of materials, tools, and equipment for projects involving buildings, villas, and pools.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless execution of projects. Ensure that all aspects of the construction process adhere to the design specifications and schedule.
- **Safety**: Enforce safety standards and regulations on-site. Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure all workers follow proper safety protocols, addressing any hazards immediately.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure work is carried out to the highest quality standards, performing regular inspections to verify adherence to project specifications.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and labor hours. Regularly report on progress and any issues to senior management.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise on-site, ensuring mínimal delays and disruptions to the project timeline.
- **Training & Mentoring**: Assist in training new workers and support the professional development of the team to maintain a high level of performance. **Required Qualification Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or
- Diploma in Civil Engineering **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Foreman or in a supervisory role within construction, particularly in building, villa, and pool projects.
- Proven experience in managing construction teams and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and methods for buildings, villas, and pools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges as they arise on-site.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. **Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Physically capable of overseeing construction activities and standing or walking for extended periods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
