**Role Overview**:
The Company Renewals Executive is responsible for managing and executing timely renewals of business licenses, visas, and related government services for clients. This role ensures clients remain compliant with UAE regulations and supports a smooth continuation of their business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor upcoming license renewals, visa expiries, and other regulatory deadlines using internal systems or trackers.
- Communicate proactively with clients to initiate the renewal process well in advance.
- Provide clients with timelines, document checklists, fee structures, and regulatory updates.
- Maintain accurate renewal records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Handle urgent or escalated cases and resolve delays with a customer-first approach.
- Upsell additional services during the renewal process where relevant (e.g., virtual office, VAT filing, employee visas).
- Assist in periodic audits or compliance reviews.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (2-4 years) in a business setup, corporate services, or PRO coordination role in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of Free Zone and Mainland renewal procedures (e.g., DED, DMCC, IFZA, SHAMS, RAKEZ).
- Familiarity with UAE immigration and labor law compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple renewals in parallel.
- Fluency in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).
- **Preferred Qualities**:

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Client-focused with a professional and polite demeanor.
- Strong coordination abilities across departments and government platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
