Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in customer‑facing roles such as account management, customer success, or sales, preferably in a service or target‑driven industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Customer‑centric approach with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple renewals simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office. Key Behaviours Proactive and result oriented. Collaborative with internal teams to resolve client issues. Analytical mindset to monitor renewal metrics and performance. Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on client retention. Non‑Negotiable Skills / Must Haves Proven track record in renewals, account management, or customer success. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to meet targets and deadlines consistently.
