**Position Summary**:
The Renewal Executive shall be responsible for the end-to-end management of all client-related renewals, including but not limited to trade licenses, visas, and other regulatory documentation. The incumbent will ensure all renewals are executed in strict adherence to UAE regulatory requirements and company protocols. This role demands high attention to detail, strong organizational capability, and a proactive client service approach. The Executive is expected to act with accountability and uphold the company’s commitment to excellence in client service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and track renewal schedules for all client licenses, visas, and other compliance-related documents to ensure timely processing.
- Initiate communication with clients at least two months prior to license expiry, clearly outlining requirements, documentation, and associated deadlines.
- Ensure 100% compliance with the prevailing regulations and internal company policies during the entire renewal cycle.
- Provide timely and professional resolution of client queries related to renewals, escalating where appropriate.
- Generate and present periodic reports to management on pending renewals, completed actions, and process bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to support client retention efforts through proactive renewal management.
- Recommend enhancements to existing renewal procedures to improve turnaround time, compliance, and client satisfaction.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in license renewal, free zone processing, or a government liaison role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements related to company formation, visa issuance, and license renewal.
- Practical experience in working with regulatory platforms such as SRTIP, Shams, SPC, RAKEZ, Meydan, DED, MOHRE, and ICP is strongly preferred.

**Key Competencies**:

- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines.
- High level of organizational discipline and time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM platforms.Client-focused with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while aligning with overall team objectives.

**Working Conditions**:
This is a full-time, office-based position.

Occasional travel to government or free zone authorities may be required as part of the role responsibilities.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
