**Reservation Supervisor five star hotel**
- To process & confirm guest room reservations made by clients.
- To remain up to date with all promotions in and around the hotel and follow established procedures to process all room reservations, rates, confirmations, hotel facilities, etc.
- 1To maintain established filling system for all correspondence and collate reports as required.
- To maintain an accurate room status at all time.
- To organize visa request for hotel guests as per hotel policy and up-sell whenever an opportunity is identified.
- Ensures that reservation requests are answered accurately on a timely basis.
- To check the reservations on daily basis for compliance and to ensure that the minimum response time is maintained for all reservation requests.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
