**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess office efficiency and optimize front desk operations.
- Oversee office supplies inventory, track usage, and coordinate procurement as needed.
- Assist in addressing client requirements and manage professional correspondence effectively.
- Liaise with internal departments to facilitate seamless communication and operational coordination.
- Prepare and issue invoices, contracts, and financial documentation with accuracy.
- Maintain well-organized records, track files, and ensure efficient data management.
- Stay informed about UAE hiring processes, including visa procedures and labor laws, to support HR-related activities.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an **Administrative Officer, Receptionist, or in a similar administrative role**.
- Strong knowledge of UAE hiring processes, visa procedures, and labor regulations is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)**.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field** (preferred).
- Minimum of **2 years of experience** in administrative roles with exposure to office operations, KPI tracking, and inventory management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
