Administrative Receptionist

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee directories and contact lists.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate and schedule company events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Assist in coordinating facilities maintenance and repairs.
- Assist in maintaining and updating office policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and provide support as needed.
- Uphold company confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional administrative or receptionist training is a plus.
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Receptionist or in a similar role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle various personalities and situations with patience and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using office equipment, including copiers, scanners, and printers.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative tasks.
- **Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)**:
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in handling sensitive and confidential information is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic office management and administrative procedures.
- Fluency in additional languages may be beneficial, depending on the organization's needs.
**Salary**: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
