The role focuses purely on winning new business, building strategic relationships, and representing the company as a professional ambassador in front of corporate and government clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across various sectors.
- Build and maintain a professional network of decision-makers and influencers.
- Conduct meetings and deliver high-impact sales presentations and proposals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Customize solutions to align with clients’ learning and development priorities.
- Keep a structured sales pipeline and reporting system updated at all times.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 5+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within training, consulting, or professional services.
- Proven record of closing large corporate or government contracts.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills; highly confident and well-presented.
- Independent, target-driven, and results-focused professional.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
