As the **_Business Development Manager_**_ _you will work with a dynamic team of professionals and develop your skills. Your duties will include but not limited to driving the company’s business growth and building market position.

**You will**:

- Identify sales targets and leaders of opinion.
- Document business development activities.
- Present our products and services to new clients.
- Conduct market research on a regular basis.
- Identify key markets and provide with the input.
- Build strategies for specified markets.
- Plan webinars and promotions for targeted markets.
- Maintain good working relations with existing and new clients.
- Arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts.
- Attend major industry events.

**We are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
- Native Japanese speaker. Fluent in English.
- 2+ years in a similar role or as the head of a region within the financial sector.
- Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office apps.
- Ability to work under pressure, face constant challenges, adopt to changes.
- Keep pro-active position in running a business.
- Ability to travel is a must.
