**Job Summary**:
Fintrek Marketing is hiring **Relationship Managers** and **Relationship Officers** to join our high-performing sales team in Abu Dhabi. If you have at least **1 year of experience** in **personal loans or credit card sales** in the UAE, this is your chance to step into a rewarding, fast-paced career with growth potential and attractive incentives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell **personal loan** and **credit card** products
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Generate new business through field visits, referrals, and networking
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships
- Ensure full compliance with banking procedures and documentation

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in **personal loan or credit card sales** (UAE banking or DSA background preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player
- Able to handle field sales and meet targets under pressure
- Good knowledge of UAE financial services market
