**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Leadership**: Lead and manage sales operations for **acoustic**, **architectural**, and **interior fit-out solutions** across the UAE, driving business growth and ensuring sales targets are consistently exceeded.
- **Strategic Sales Planning**: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share and revenue generation within the UAE market.
- **Opportunity Identification**: Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, project tracking platforms, and proactive networking within the construction, design, and fit-out industries.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with **architects**, **consultants**, **contractors**, **developers**, and key decision-makers in the industry.
- **Proposal Coordination**: Work closely with internal teams (design, estimation, engineering) to craft tailored technical and commercial proposals that meet client specifications.
- **Client Interaction**: Conduct site visits, presentations, and sales meetings to ensure a deep understanding of client needs and deliver customized solutions.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Maintain a robust pipeline, track performance metrics, and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to senior management.
- **Market Awareness**: Stay informed on market trends, material innovations, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- **Brand Representation**: Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and key industry events to enhance brand visibility and extend networking reach.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture**, **Interior Design**, **Engineering**, **Business**, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in **acoustic solutions**, **architectural materials**, or **interior fit-out products** in the UAE market.
- **UAE Driver’s License**: A valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory for site visits and client meetings.
- **Industry Network**: Strong network and relationships within the UAE’s construction, architecture, and design sectors.
- **Sales Expertise**: Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing complex, high-value deals.
- **Skills**: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
- **Self-Motivation**: Highly self-motivated with the ability to independently drive strategic sales initiatives.
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in **English** is required; proficiency in **Arabic** is an added advantage.
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
