**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced Fulfillment Manager to join our team. The Fulfillment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders, managing inventory levels, and ensuring smooth operations within our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1.Order Fulfillment:

- Manage and optimize the order fulfillment process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.
- Supervise a team of fulfillment staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Implement best practices to minimize order errors and improve order accuracy.

2. Inventory Management:

- Oversee inventory control, including stock levels, replenishment, and monitoring of product shelf life.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to manage inventory replenishment efficiently.

3. Warehouse Operations:

- Ensure a safe and organized warehouse environment by implementing and enforcing safety guidelines and procedures.
- Monitor warehouse equipment and facilities, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Streamline warehouse processes to maximize efficiency and minimize operational costs.

4. Quality Assurance:

- Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure product quality and accuracy.
- Monitor product returns and implement strategies to reduce return rates.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address product quality concerns promptly.5. Reporting and Analytics:

- Generate regular reports on fulfillment performance, inventory levels, and order accuracy.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to enhance operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in fulfillment management, preferably in a retail and e-commerce environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse management best practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite or ERP is a plus.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
