As a Warehouse Executive, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy and facilitating the efficient flow of goods. If you have the ability to work independently, have a keen eye for detail, organisational skills and a commitment to warehouse best practices, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and organize daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform regular stock and quality checks, and address any discrepancies promptly.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring safe and efficient handling procedures.
- Maintain a well-organized and clean warehouse space, with attention to safety, sanitation, and security.
- Implement and enforce warehouse processes and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Track and report on key performance indicators, such as order accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and inventory turnover.
- Collaborate internally and externally to ensure timely and accurate order processing and deliveries.
- Respond to and resolve issues, such as damaged products, discrepancies, or delivery delays, in a timely manner.
- Comply with procedures and government rules and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and documentational skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and related software.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer service oriented and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Previous experience in warehouse management will be considered an advantage.
