JOB TITLE: Fulfilment Officer

DEPARTMENT: E-commerce

REPORTS TO: Fulfilment Lead

Overview:

  • Picking and pack products required to fulfil customer orders

· Safely packaging customer orders for shipment

· Double-checking shipment contents against orders to ensure accuracy

· Inspect products for damage, flaws, and irregularities

· Updating the inventory tracking system with order information

· Ensure the accuracy and quality of all outgoing shipments

· Identify opportunities for process improvements

· Coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure stock availability

· Implement and maintain efficient fulfilment processes and procedures

· Assist in the development and implementation of fulfilment strategies

· Ensure the safe and efficient operation of fulfilment facilities

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
  • Receive orders from factory and arrange them in their relative shelves
  • Prepare B2B orders
  • Support other logistics and supply chain activities as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in order fulfilment or a similar role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reading and interpreting written work orders
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to lift heavy objects
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,750.00 per month
