**JOB TITLE**: Fulfilment Officer

**DEPARTMENT**: E-commerce

**REPORTS TO**: Fulfilment Lead

**Overview**:

- Picking and pack products required to fulfil customer orders
- Safely packaging customer orders for shipment
- Double-checking shipment contents against orders to ensure accuracy
- Inspect products for damage, flaws, and irregularities
- Updating the inventory tracking system with order information
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of all outgoing shipments
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure stock availability
- Implement and maintain efficient fulfilment processes and procedures
- Assist in the development and implementation of fulfilment strategies
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of fulfilment facilities
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
- Receive orders from factory and arrange them in their relative shelves
- Prepare B2B orders
- Support other logistics and supply chain activities as needed

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in order fulfilment or a similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reading and interpreting written work orders
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Attention to details
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: AED2,750.00 per month
