**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Track and own key engagement metrics related to engagement on the platform, churn and reactivation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the user experience and drive engagement.
- Lead the development of engagement campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze user data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to manage customer relationships and reach company’s business goals.
- Driving CRM initiatives and execution of campaigns (planning, briefing, working with the creative team with execution)
- Automated triggered and journey-based CRM campaigns
- Mass and segmented manual campaigns. Acting as a liaison between the IT and CRM team to identify consumer segments to be targeted for campaigns.
- Working with the tech team to manage CRM systems and data warehousing.
- Maintaining and improving data management processes and accuracy. Partnering with different stakeholders to keep them informed about upcoming data management initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in customer engagement, retention, or related field
- Fluency in Arabic is required.
- Demonstrated success in implementing CRM system and improving user engagement and retention.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with A/B testing and user data analysis
- Familiarity with subscription-based business models is a plus.
