We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our market presence.

Position Overview
As the Sales and Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and establishing strategic partnerships. You will lead a team, develop sales strategies, and implement initiatives to enhance our client acquisition efforts. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact within the organization while working alongside a team of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and drive revenue growth.
2. Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance.
3. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the financial services sector.
4. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
5. Prepare and present sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
8. Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate performance and adjust strategies as needed.
9. Arrange and coordinate meetings with potential clients to facilitate technical discussions with the business team for onboarding.
10. Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and promote our services.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
2. Proven experience in sales and business development within the financial services industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
3. Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
5. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for driving results.
