Job Title: Event Sales Growth Manager

Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Sales Growth Manager to join our team. As an expert in event sales, you will play a key role in promoting events, conferences, and seminars to potential delegates.

Your primary responsibility will be to connect with professionals, organizations, and associations relevant to event themes and build a pipeline of leads to convert interest into confirmed ticket sales.

Working closely with our marketing team, you will develop customized sales strategies to provide prospects with clear, compelling information about the event.

You will also be responsible for tracking sales progress using CRM tools, ensuring accurate records of delegate registrations, and offering feedback to event organizers on delegate needs and market trends to boost future sales.

Main Responsibilities

Connect with Potential Delegates: You will connect with professionals, organizations, and associations relevant to event themes to build a pipeline of leads.

Develop Customized Sales Plans: Working closely with our marketing team, you will develop customized sales plans to provide prospects with clear, compelling information about the event.

Monitor Sales Performance: You will use CRM tools to monitor sales performance and ensure accurate records of delegate registrations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in delegate, event, or B2B sales.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
  • Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • An understanding of corporate training, events, or conference industries.
  • Self-motivation, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • The willingness to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • The ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
