Job Overview:

We are currently looking for a Business Development Officer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development specifically within the HVAC sector, with a focus on Air Outlets & Dampers products. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding the company's market presence, fostering key relationships, and driving sales growth within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis

1. Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitor activities within the HVAC and construction sectors, particularly in Air Outlets & Dampers products.
2. Analyze customer needs, industry demands, and emerging market trends to support the development of strategic sales and business development initiatives.
3. Drive lead generation activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking within the HVAC industry and related sectors (e.g., construction, air outlets, dampers).
4. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and business development goals.
5. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Negotiation & Contract Management

1. Lead negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring favorable terms and successful closing of deals.
2. Prepare and manage contracts, proposals, and quotes while ensuring adherence to company standards and customer specifications.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

1. Manage relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term partnerships.
2. Work closely with senior management, technical teams, and the sales department to align business development efforts with company objectives.
3. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market conditions, and opportunities.

Product Knowledge & Expertise

1. Stay up to date with product developments, particularly within Air Outlets & Dampers, to offer informed recommendations and solutions to clients.
2. Act as a technical expert and consultative advisor on HVAC systems and related products.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the HVAC industry or a related field (e.g., construction, air outlets, dampers products).
3. Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred but not required.
