The Role

You will be responsible for :

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Business Development:
2. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, entertainment, and live event sectors.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organisers and industry partners.
5. Pitch event production solutions, including staging, AV, lighting, and technical services.

Client Relationship Management:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients and event planners.
2. Understand client needs and provide customized production solutions.
3. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to drive revenue growth.
4. Ensure a seamless client experience from proposal to event execution.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

1. Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve performance objectives.
2. Work closely with marketing, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
3. Conduct sales training, performance reviews, and professional development initiatives.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

1. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
2. Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights for senior management.
3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly.

Event Execution & Support:

1. Assist in planning and overseeing major events to ensure client satisfaction.
2. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence.
3. Facilitate smooth handover processes from sales to event management teams.

Ideal Profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of sales experience, preferably in the events, exhibition or entertainment industry.
3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
5. Leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance management.
6. In-depth knowledge of event planning, technical production, and event industry trends.
7. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
8. Willingness to travel as required.
9. Knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
10. A valid driver's license is an advantage.
