About The Team And Role

The Client Acquisition Group has been tasked with scaling up Yubi Loans, continuously increasing the Commercial and Corporate borrower base by pitching Yubi Loans platform. You will be anchoring efforts to devise and execute go-to-market strategies, conduct business development, build relationships, acquire Commercial and Corporate borrowers across all sectors in UAE, and onboard them on Yubi Loans platform.

Location: Dubai

Primary Responsibilities

1. Identifying target Commercial and Corporate borrowers across all financing products including Working Capital, Trade Finance, Capex Loans, and Commercial Real Estate Finance, presenting Yubi's value proposition, acquiring and successfully onboarding them on Yubi Loans Platform.

2. Evaluate target Commercial and Corporate borrowers and qualify them to ascertain Yubi's product fit.

3. Reaching out to the said target Commercial and Corporate borrowers and conduct business development activities to convert them into customers.

4. Initiate and manage client engagement; meet and build relationships at CXO/CFO Treasury Teams with constant re-engagement till onboarding exercise has concluded.

5. Understand the Commercial and Corporate borrowers' debt problem statement and suitably pitch Yubi's product offerings to solve for the problem statement.

6. Ensure a smooth handover to the internal transaction team that will execute the debt transaction of the onboarded Commercial / Corporate borrower.

7. Monitor the transaction status and fulfilment status of the financing requirements of the Commercial and Corporate borrower at a regular level and ensure that the borrowers do not go dormant on the platform.

8. Seek and obtain feedback from onboarded Commercial and Corporate borrowers and share ideas to enhance the onboarding experience on Yubi and pass on the feedback to technology teams.

Required Skills

1. 6 to 10 years experience in acquisition of Commercial and Corporate new clients with any form of financing requirement.

2. Sound knowledge of Commercial and Commercial Banking asset products including Working Capital, Trade Finance, Capex Loans, and Commercial Real Estate Finance.

3. Sound Credit skills by being able to structure all types of Commercial and Corporate credit deals.

4. Self-starter and a faster learner who is willing to push the envelope and has ambitions to scale up a business rapidly.

5. Avid networker, excellent at communication and presentation skills with top-notch customer service approach.

6. Someone who focuses on driving his unit and making it a significant profit centre. Ability to demonstrate entrepreneurial skills is a must.

7. Proven track record of meeting Sales goals; ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

8. Experience selling at the C level and navigating large organizations.

9. Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple relationships parallelly.

10. Bachelors in Finance and Accounting.

11. Exceptional written and verbal communication managing technical proposals.

12. Ability to work under pressure & track record of delivering targets.
