AboutThe Team AndRole


TheClient Acquisition Group has been tasked with scaling up Yubi Loanscontinuously increasing the Commercial and Corporate borrower baseby pitching Yubi Loans platform. You will be anchoring efforts todevise and execute go to market strategies conduct businessdevelopment build relationship acquire Commercial and Corporateborrowers across all sectors in UAE and onboard them on Yubi Loansplatform.

PrimaryResponsibilities

  • Identifyingtarget Commercial and Corporate borrowers across all financingproducts including Working Capital and Trade Finance Capex Loansand Commercial Real Estate Finance presenting Yubis valueproposition acquiring and successfully onboarding them on YubiLoansPlatform.

  • Evaluatetarget Commercial and Corporate borrowers and qualify them toascertain Yubis productfit

  • Reachingout to the said target Commercial and Corporate borrowers andconduct business development activities to convert them intocustomers

  • Initiateand manage client engagement; meet and build relationships atCXO/CFO Treasury Teams with constant reengagement till onboardingexercise hasconcluded

  • Understandthe Commercial and Corporate borrowers debt problem statement andsuitably pitch Yubis product offerings to solve for the problemstatement.

  • Ensurea smooth handover to internal transaction team that will executethe debt transaction of the onboarded Commercial / Corporateborrower

  • Monitorthe transaction status and fulfilment status of the financingrequirements of the Commercial and Corporate borrower at a regularlevel and ensure that the borrowers do not go dormant on theplatform.

  • Seekand obtain feedback from onboarded Commercial and Corporateborrowers and share ideas to enhance the onboarding experience onYubi and pass on the feedback to technologyteams.


RequiredSkills

  • 6to 10 years experience in acquisition of Commercial and Corporatenew clients with any form of financingrequirement.

  • Soundknowledge of Commercial and Commercial Banking asset productsincluding Working Capital and Trade Finance Capex Loans andCommercial Real EstateFinance.

  • SoundCredit skills by being able to structure all type of Commercial andCorporate creditdeals.

  • Selfstarterand a faster learner who is willing to push the envelope and hasambitions to scale up a businessrapidly.

  • Avidnetworker excellent at communication and presentations skills withtopnotch customer serviceapproach

  • Someonewho focusses on driving his unit and making it a significant profitcentre. Ability to demonstrate entrepreneurial skills is amust.

  • Proventrack record of meeting Sales goals ability to drive the salesprocess from plan toclose

  • Experienceselling at the C level and navigating largeorganizations

  • Detailoriented with ability to manage multiple relationshipsparallelly

  • Bachelorsin Finance andAccounting

  • Exceptionalwritten and verbal communication managing technicalproposals

  • Abilityto work under pressure & track record of deliveringtargets
