Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our Wholesale Banking Department in Dubai, UAE.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients in the UAE Local Corporate segment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing new business opportunities and onboarding mid to large corporates in targeted sectors.
  • Managing existing client portfolios and growing revenue through relationship development and account planning.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver 'one-bank' solutions to clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with risk parameters and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE market, excellent communication skills, and experience in corporate and investment banking or related areas. Minimum 12 years' professional experience is required, including 10 years in local corporate coverage in the UAE.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or equivalent.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UAE Local Corporate segment and experience working with senior managers/decision makers.
  • Excellent relationships-building and communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of the GCC region and overall UAE market.
