We are seeking a proactive and analytical Revenue Manager to lead our revenue strategies and drive profitability across all destinations. The role is focused on yielding, pricing, and monitoring performance metrics, ensuring we achieve and exceed revenue targets.

We are also seeking a Market Manager to drive CIS business growth and strengthen client relationships within the CIS market. This role requires a results-driven professional with strong negotiation skills, account management expertise, and a deep understanding of Destination Management Company (DMC) operations.

Responsibilities:

Client Account Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for CIS clients, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients across multiple industry segments.
- Work closely with internal teams to provide excellent service and optimize client satisfaction.
- Provide regular two-way communication between the client and the internal team.

Sales & Business Growth

- Handle FIT requests from clients and drive strategic account development.
- Focus on client retention, revenue growth, and account expansion.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance business opportunities within the CIS market.
- Conduct market analysis to understand competitor activities and trends.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry meetings to expand business relationships.
- Take full ownership of revenue growth within assigned accounts.
- Conduct financial reconciliation and forecasting across accounts.
- Follow up on pending payments and ensure cash-basis clients settle outstanding amounts before guest arrival.

Operational & Administrative Responsibilities

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality service.
- Ensure all transactions and client interactions are recorded in the company's CRM/system database.
- Coordinate sales activities with regional and representative offices.
- Prepare and submit reports, including sales call activities, new account developments, and market performance forecasts.
- Organize and conduct site inspections and Familiarization (FAM) trips when necessary.
- Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the Department Head.

Education and Professional Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or Tourism or related field.
