The Client Solutions team mission is to establish and build scalable, healthy, long-term client relationships by solving direct clients&apos and agencies&apos challenges through scalable, best in class campaign services. Client Solution Managers have a holistic understanding about TikTok&aposs ad products and are humble, dynamic and open for change. You are joining a team of consultants and marketing and self service platform experts, who proactively drive the clients growth strategy, including upsells, renewals and campaign reactivations.
Success in this position requires a focus on client service, the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and the ability to provide custom solutions for advertisers leveraging our unique ad product suite, a unique blend of technical and commercial knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with advertisers of all sizes.
- Coordinate with ad ops, product and R&D teams etc. internally to ensure a smooth and successful campaign execution
- Work with internal teams to guide inventory allocation.
- Monitor and analyze ad campaigns, and proactively take initiative to improve results.
- Investigate and work directly with product & engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign.
- Proficient in campaign management, setting up, and optimization. Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and at the same time, use those insights to improve our advertising offerings.
- Share marketplace feedback and guide our advertising strategy.
- Support and work with the sales team on pre-sale research and pitching.
- Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 5 years experience in client-facing roles, with a strong background in digital marketing, account management, or sales, preferably with beauty/CPG/luxury industry clients.
- Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Client-Centric Approach: A natural communicator and relationship builder, committed to delivering solutions that foster client satisfaction and long-term business growth.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a keen ability to align marketing strategies with client goals.
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, tech landscape, and emerging trends particularly in the CPG industry (potentially with a strong focus on the beauty sector).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, solutions or account management roles within social media advertising platforms (TikTok or similar).
- Strong experience with both branding and performance media strategies, including measurement techniques and optimization approaches.
- Flexibility to travel in the region for client meetings, events, or other business needs.
