Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Lead with expertise in hiring for retail-specific roles such as Buying, Planning, and E-commerce. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills, a strategic mindset, and a hands-on approach to sourcing and onboarding top talent. This role will play a key part in shaping the talent strategy for Home Centre's evolving retail landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for retail-specific positions, including Buying, Planning, and E-commerce roles.
- Leverage market insights to refine hiring processes and ensure alignment with Home Centre's growth goals.

End-to-End Recruitment:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and partnerships with external agencies.

Campus Hiring:

- Establish relationships with colleges.
- Plan and conduct campus recruitment across various roles throughout the year.

Stakeholder Management:

- Partner with department heads, hiring managers, and senior leadership to understand talent needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Provide regular updates and analytics on hiring progress, market trends, and challenges.

Employer Branding:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance Home Centre's employer brand, showcasing our iLEAD values and employee-centric initiatives.
- Represent Home Centre at industry events, job fairs, and networking forums to attract top talent.

Process Optimization:

- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, diversity, and candidate experience.
- Implement technology-driven solutions, including ATS enhancements, to streamline hiring operations.

Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with regional labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics, cost per hire, and time to fill.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Experience:

- 8+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on retail-specific roles such as Buying, Planning, and E-commerce.
- Proven track record of hiring mid to senior-level positions in a fast-paced retail environment.

Skills:

- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and headhunting.
- Data-driven approach to recruitment, with proficiency in ATS and HR analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
