Job Summary

Eco Drive Driving School is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team in Dubai Industrial City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, employee relations, and compliance within the UAE. The HR Generalist will play a key role in managing recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and HR administration for a workforce of 700+ employees, ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting the growth and success of our driving school.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and training.

1. Employee Relations:

- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring a positive work environment.
- Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.

1. HR Administration:

- Maintain and update employee records for 700+ employees, including personal information, attendance, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

1. Payroll and Benefits:

- Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, and allowances for a large workforce.
- Manage employee benefits, including visa processing, medical insurance, and other entitlements.

1. Performance Management:

- Support the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers and employees.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.

1. Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure all HR practices comply with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit HR reports as required by management.

1. Employee Engagement:

- Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Promote employee wellness and satisfaction through effective communication and support.

1. Workforce Management:

- Effectively manage HR operations for a workforce of 700+ employees, ensuring smooth processes and high employee satisfaction.
- Handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

1. RTA Permits and Licensing:

- Manage the renewal and processing of RTA (Road and Transport Authority) permits and licenses for driving instructors and staff.
- Ensure all employees maintain valid RTA permits and comply with RTA regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role in the UAE, preferably with experience managing large teams.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Male candidates preferred.
