Key Responsibilities: Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various roles, focusing on the needs of the Arabic-speaking workforce. Source and attract candidates using creative strategies and targeted outreach within Arabic-speaking regions. Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability. Manage relationships with hiring managers to effectively understand staffing requirements and align candidate profiles with organizational needs. Utilize your language skills to ensure clear communication with Arabic-speaking candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience. Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system. Stay updated on market trends and cultural aspects to adapt recruitment strategies effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on Arabic-speaking candidates preferred. Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate assessment techniques. Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers from diverse backgrounds. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
