Job description: A Leading Educational Center in Dubai is looking to hire a Bilingual Human Resources Manager (Speaks Arabic and English) with the following details: Responsibilities: Managing high volume of daily recruitment calls and short listing of candidates. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements for the candidates. Document control and management. Coordinating and issuing health insurance for new joiners. Skill testing and assessments for potential candidates. On-boarding for hired employees. Maintaining the checklist of employees development plan. Collaborate with other team members and departments as necessary to ensure seamless operations. Support with procurement tasks. Monitor attendance and revise HR reports generated by the system. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Proven experience as a Recruiter. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and to meet daily KPI's. Excellent communication skills, in Arabic And English . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and environments. Professionalism and a positive attitude. Bachelor's degree is required.
