In this vital role, you will utilize your bilingual skills to enhance our recruitment efforts, especially within Arabic-speaking communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various roles, focusing on the needs of the Arabic-speaking workforce
- Source and attract candidates using creative strategies and targeted outreach within Arabic-speaking regions
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability
- Manage relationships with hiring managers to effectively understand staffing requirements and align candidate profiles with organizational needs
- Utilize your language skills to ensure clear communication with Arabic-speaking candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system
- Stay updated on market trends and cultural aspects to adapt recruitment strategies effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on Arabic-speaking candidates preferred
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate assessment techniques
- Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers from diverse backgrounds
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Proficient in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
