**_Job Description:_**:

- _Manage strategic recruitment planning in accordance with the plan set by the management._
- _Close communication in all areas of expertise, both internal and external, to promote timely recruitment._
- _Develop a clear and timely recruitment procedure._
- _Participate with relevant professional departments to conduct highly effective recruitment interviews._
- _Home Visit Gather relevant information about new employees to request approval from management._
- _Report to management directly._
- _Manage the training room, equipment - lesson materials, both Hard _copy_ and Soft copy._
- _Prepare annual training schedule and other training programs in accordance with the human resource development plan set by the management._
- _Coordinate with all professional departments in organizing training programs for new employees, current employees and staff who have changed roles._
- _Participate in orienting and training the trainees to maintain good order and order during the study._

**_Job Requirements:_**:

- _Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent._
- _At least 1 year experience related to recruitment, training, staff training._
- _Good communication skills, honest and able to work in a team._
- _Good command of English, good writing and speaking skills._
- _Able to use Ms Office Word & Ms Excel._
