Key Responsibilities Drive Growth: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across the UAE’s construction and infrastructure sectors. Engage Stakeholders: Present tailored product demos and proposals to professionals ranging from estimators to C-level executives. Build Influence: Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with technical pre-sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver seamless client experiences. Achieve Results: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Stay Organized: Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts. Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within construction, software, or technology sectors. Familiarity with construction estimating workflows is an advantage. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. A proactive, self-motivated mindset and a passion for winning new business. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar). Willingness to travel within the UAE as needed. Benefits & What We Offer Structured onboarding and networking opportunities.
