Additional InfoThis position is based onsite in our Dubai office 5 days per week Multinational matrix experience is essential Please do not apply if you have no in‑house TA experience Occasional travel may be requiredWhat You Will DoDirect, motivate and develop a diverse team of Talent Acquisition Partners across the EAME region Lead employer branding initiatives and implement pipelining strategies to build strong talent pools Manage and continuously improve Talent Acquisition programs, including sourcing and selection processes Develop and implement best practices that align with organizational goals and talent strategies Collaborate with management to understand and anticipate workforce needs, providing expert advice and solutions Ensure compliance with company policies and adoption of leading Talent Acquisition practicesWhat You HaveProven experience in employer branding and pipelining strategies Multinational matrix experience, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures High emotional integrity and intelligence Ability to measure and improve Talent Acquisition effectiveness using actionable data and benchmarks Experience in business process management, including mapping workflows and identifying bottlenecks Strong influencing skills, able to impact decisions and build commitment across teams Customer and market focus, with a track record of delivering superior value and adapting to changing needs Demonstrated leadership qualities, including integrity, confidence, emotional intelligence and the ability to motivate others Expertise in managing multiple Talent Acquisition channels and evaluating their effectiveness Advanced knowledge of staffing and Talent Acquisition standards, with experience resolving complex challenges Working knowledge of workforce analytics and HR trends, with the ability to generate insightful reportsWhat You Will Get From day one you’ll receive helpful training, mentors, global experience, a competitive salary package, work‑life balance and growth opportunities with a Fortune 100 company.
