Role & responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across various levels and functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on effective hiring practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations to enhance our talent pipeline.
- Implement and oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Develop and implement employee retention strategies to foster a positive work environment and reduce turnover.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee relations issues including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations at the local, state, and federal levels.
- Oversee the performance management process including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks as needed.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in HR and talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR and talent acquisition roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and selection techniques.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other relevant HR technology platforms.
- Proven experience as HR and Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leading a team.
- Working knowledge of all UAE Labor laws Ability to Commute: Dubai (required) Ability to Relocate: Dubai: Relocate before starting work (required).
