Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of HR experience in the UAE real estate world – you know the ins and outs
  2. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or something related (we like the smart stuff).
  3. Deep knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor laws – you've got the legal side covered
  4. Proven track record in talent hunting, managing employee relations, and keeping performance on point in the UAE market.
  5. Top-notch communication and people skills – you connect with everyone, no matter who they are
  6. Trustworthy and discreet – you handle sensitive info like a pro.
  7. Sharp problem-solver – quick decisions are your thing, and you do them right
