Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Developand maintain strong relationships with channel partners across theCentral Asian Region to drive salesrevenue.
- Actively manage the sales cycle fromlead generation and qualification to closingdeals.
- Build longterm relationships withexisting customers to ensure retention and growth across allproduct categories.
- Respond to enquiries andquotes promptly and professionally.
- Maintain adetailed sales pipeline in CRM software tracking opportunities frominitiation to conversion.
- Engage with channelpartners during marketing events training sessions product webinarsand collaborate with sales leaders on closingdeals.
AccountManagement:
- Establishand maintain longterm relationships with existing customers tosupport their ongoing needs.
- Understandcustomer requirements and identify opportunities for furthergrowth.
- Work closely with the SalesCoordination team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery ofproducts
- Regularly report to management onaccount status opportunities challenges andprogress.
Planning& Reporting:
- Generatesales reports and perform analysis to track performance and accountactivity.
- Present comprehensive updates tomanagement ensuring alignment with partner objectives and measuringROI.
- Stay informed about issues affectingdistribution and adapt sales strategies accordingly.Knowledge
Qualifications&Experience:
- 35years of experience working in the Central Asiamarket ideally with an ICT distributor.
- Proventrack record in sales and customer relationshipmanagement.
- Fluency inRussian is required with the ability to communicateeffectively with customers in thelanguage.
- UAE DrivingLicense is preferred but notmandatory.
- Enjoy traveling and meeting newpeople.
- Selfdisciplined highly organized andable to meet tight deadlines with a focus on achieving companygoals.
- Comfortable making independent decisionsand takinginitiative.
