As a Senior Communications Executive, you will be part of the Communications team, supporting on client deliverables and providing a consistent level of service. Responsibilities

You will be required to work across a wide range of subject areas, and at times stretch your comfort level in a supportive and dynamic team:

  1. Responsible for specific account deliverables, working as a team player
  2. Support on client communications, meetings, events, workshops
  3. Conduct client, competitor and industry research
  4. Ensure deadlines are communicated and met, demonstrating initiative
  5. Arrange meetings and issue accurate minutes as promptly as possible
  6. Support on proposals and plans
  7. Ensure that all relevant documentation is stored and well organised
  8. Keep account team and client up to date with competitive news and market trends
  9. Participate in brainstorming sessions on your clients and make key presentations
  10. Develop strong relationships with media and influencers and ensure we deliver on KPIs
  11. Pitch media stories and content to secure coverage in relevant publications
  12. Manage WIPs, reports in a timely manner and with attention to detail
Ideal Experience
  • 1-3 years minimum of relevant PR experience across B2C and B2B brands
  • Willingness to work on projects that cross into multiple disciplines and industries
  • Strong presentation development and storytelling skills
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate and present
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic is a plus
  • Excellent media relations and influencer relations across the MENA region
  • Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to draw on them in challenging situations
  • Strong time management, planning and organisational skills
