Luna PR, a leading global PR and marketing agency headquartered in Dubai, is seeking a skilled Account Executive to support client accounts, assist in PR campaign execution, and maintain positive client relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Support:
    • Assist in managing day-to-day client communications.
    • Build and maintain strong, positive client relationships.
    • Understand client goals and support the development of tailored PR strategies to meet their needs.
  2. PR and Marketing Campaign Assistance:
    • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement PR plans and marketing campaigns.
    • Assist in coordinating with clients to approve campaign materials and timelines.
    • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  3. Project Coordination:
    • Help oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
    • Support internal and external resources to deliver high-quality results.
    • Ensure all client deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
  4. Research and Planning:
    • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Identify new opportunities for client growth and engagement.
    • Assist in developing and presenting strategic plans to clients.
  5. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics.
    • Analyze data to provide actionable insights for future strategies.
    • Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.
    • Work closely with the PR, marketing, and creative teams to align efforts and achieve client goals.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
  6. Media Relations:
    • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with journalists, editors, and other media professionals.
    • Support media outreach strategies to secure coverage for clients.
    • Help oversee PR activities and pitching efforts, ensuring consistent and effective communication with the media.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience in a PR agency or related field.
