Are you a strategic PR leader with a strong media network and a passion for communications? Around The Clock Agency is looking for an experienced PR Director to drive high-impact PR strategies, grow and strengthen the PR division, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

About the role

As a PR Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge PR strategies, thought leadership programs, and industry-leading events. You will play a crucial role in shaping brand narratives, ensuring top-tier media visibility, and positioning clients as industry leaders.

Key responsibilities

1. Develop and lead PR strategies that align with client goals and market trends
2. Strengthen the PR division, providing innovative ideas and leadership to elevate agency offerings
3. Create and implement thought leadership programs for clients across industries
4. Plan and execute high-profile PR events, press conferences, and client activation
5. Build and maintain strong media relationships with top-tier publications in the UAE & Gulf
6. Manage crisis communication, reputation management, and brand positioning
7. Oversee key accounts, particularly in the automotive and real estate sectors
8. Manage and support the PR team

Key requirements

1. Minimum 8 years of PR experience in the UAE & Gulf region
2. Proven track record in managing automotive and real estate accounts is a plus
3. Strong media relations and industry connections is a must
4. Bilingual – English & Arabic (written and spoken)
5. Expertise in thought leadership, corporate PR, and brand reputation management
6. A strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
7. Proven ability to inspire, mentor, and lead high-performing teams
