  • Monitorpremises through CCTV cameras and on-site surveillance to detectand prevent theft, vandalism, or other securitybreaches.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments toidentify potential safety hazards and propose correctiveactions.
  • Ensure compliance with workplacesafety regulations and safetystandards.
  • Implement and maintain lossprevention strategies to reduce theft and propertydamage.
  • Investigate incidents such as theft oraccidents, preparing detailed reports on findings and actionstaken.
  • Conduct employee training on safetyprotocols, emergency procedures, and loss preventiontechniques.
  • Respond to emergency situations,such as fires, accidents, or break-ins, following establishedprocedures.

  • Ensure awareness andunderstanding of Company Policies and Procedures by allemployees.
  • Continually seek to improve theefficiency and quality of all compliance activities, to reduce thevulnerability of the business to fraud, abuse, and unnecessarywastage.
  • Support in the roll-out of educationaland training programmes where relevant to businessneed
  • Collate necessary information to reportthe progress of the compliance programme in accordance withallocated timeframes.
  • Conduct checks on ITassets and ensure that it is compliant with ITpolicy
  • Build strong professional relationshipswith all internal customers across head office functions and storemanagement
