Responsibilities

  • ProvideHR Business Partnership with General Manager (GM) and LeadershipTeam and juggle strategy & operations to drive businessgrowth and performance focused on Talent Leadership Capability andCulture.
  • Drive change initiatives andtransformation to drive innovation with growth with engagingbroader team members into futuredirection.
  • Enable the organization to have thebest leaders at all levels with the rightcapabilities.
  • Build a high performing andinclusive culture and role model and amplify it together withGM.
  • Plan implement and promote businessbasedDE&I initiatives.

  • Orchestrate HR teams and playcritical and influential role within HR community together withTalent Rewards Recruiting CoEs People Service team EmployeeRelations Industrial Relations etc.
  • Advocateglobal/regional HR priorities with enterprise mindset thatmaximizes business impact.
  • Closely collaboratewith entire Emerging Markets HR team as well as global Talent CoEto promote regional talent development agenda in entire MENA beyondSaudi/Gulf.
