The KitchenSupervisor will have multiple responsibilities including but notlimited to:

  • Supervisekitchen staff and check adherence to DHKSOPs.
  • Supervise the operations to ensure foodsafety practices are in place.
  • Coordinate withPartners for implementation of allSOPs.
  • Represent DHK in all MunicipalityInspections.
  • Picking up the orders from therunners and handing over to the riders.
  • Sendemails to Partners in case of non compliance in thekitchens.
  • In absence of runners, collect theorder from the Partner stall and hand it over to theriders.
  • Oversee the application, orientation,and training process of new kitchen teammembers.
  • Supervise KOT's and dispatchhigh loads of orders while communicating with riders &vendors.
  • Schedule and oversee necessarymaintenance and repairs on kitchenappliances.
  • Ensure food safety standards are atthe best practices.
  • Ensure that facilitymanagement tasks are carried out as per theschedule.
  • Supervise customer complaints andcommunicate with the restaurant support team to resolve ordersissues.
  • Ensure kitchen operations are in linewith municipality and other department's requirements andengage adequately with officials when visiting theKitchen.
  • Supervise rider's behaviorand communicate with the Logistics team to resolveissues.

What you need to besuccessful

Musthave

  • 3+years in Kitchen management
  • Familiarity with abroad range of kitchen equipment and general facilitiesmanagement
  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel,Powerpoint
  • Strong communicationskills
  • Open to feedback and personal andprofessional improvement
  • Demonstratespunctuality, reliability, and soundjudgement
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paceenvironment
