Call Center Representative - Hindi/Urdu Speaker
  • Contract: 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system.
  • Process service requests, orders, and customer feedback efficiently.
  • Meet call handling and quality targets set by the company.
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction .
  • Escalate complex issues to the supervisor or relevant department when necessary.
  • Stay updated on company products, promotions, and policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Handle multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of UAE experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Proficiency in English ; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills .
  • Familiarity with CRM software and call center systems .
  • Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills .
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends if required.
