Roles and responsibilities

A seasoned B2B/SaaS account managerwho manages a portfolio of large enterprise accounts and amulti-million dollar book of business. Develops revenue streamsacross retention, upgrades, upsells and positioning new productsand solutions to the existing customerbase.

Coordinates with internal teams bothwithin commercial and cross functionally to discuss and deliversolutions to enhance clients experience with Property Finder.Fluent in strategic planning with a strategic mindset and a soliddata orientation.

KeyResponsibilities

AccountManagement & Sales:

  • Own and manage a portfolio ofhigh-value enterprise accounts, ensuring customer retention andrevenue growth
  • Identify, develop, and closeupsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts.Position new products and solutions into the accountbase.
  • Establish and maintain relationships witha range of key stakeholders to understand business needs, ensureadoption, and drive account success
  • Developstrategic account plans and track progress against them, runningregular business reviews with key customer and companystakeholders
  • Lead contract negotiations,renewals, and pricing discussions
  • Guide thework of the Customer Experience, Customer Support, Training andcustomer success teams to drive product adoption/usage within thewider customer organization
  • Maintain accurateaccount records, forecasts, and sales pipelines usingSalesforce.

Strategic Planning& Feedback Loop:

  • Process Improvement: Identifyopportunities for operational improvements, proposing tools andprocesses that enhance teamefficiency.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Gatherand organize client feedback, product enhancement ideas, andpotential marketing initiatives. Schedule and lead quarterlyfeedback sessions with cross-functional stakeholders from product,marketing, and operations teams.
  • Market Insight& Strategy: Stay informed on SaaS industry trends,real-estate market trends and growth, competitor activities, andemerging technologies to influence strategy and provide actionableinsights.
  • Budget planning: participate inannual budget planning providing a high level of customerunderstanding to inform the budget process
Desired candidate profile
  • Authority &Delegation: Be recognized as a senior team member with the abilityto act as a delegate in the absence of the team lead or manager,including running weekly forecast meetings and making operationaldecisions.
  • Onboarding & Mentoring:Support new joiners by conducting weekly check-ins, identifyingtraining gaps, and implementing relevant training sessions. Assistline managers by shadowing and coaching new hires in clientmeetings during the first 3 months.
  • Coaching& Development: Conduct at least two coaching sessions permonth with team members, focusing on skill development, clientengagement, and process improvement.

ThePerson

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years in SaaS sales orB2B enterprise account management, managing large or complexstrategic accounts with a focus on business growth and customersatisfaction
  • Experience in managing clientswith multi-layer stakeholder complexity and building strongrelationships within
  • Proven track record ofachieving and exceeding sales quotas.

Sales Expertise& Technical Skills:

  • Strong consultative selling,negotiation, and client managementskills.
  • Ability to understand and communicatetechnical SaaS solutions to both technical and non-technicalstakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM platformssuch as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.

Process &Strategy Mindset:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills, with a focus on continuous processimprovement.
  • Data-driven mindset with theability to translate insights into action plans.

Leadership &Mentoring:

  • Experience in mentoring and coachingjunior team members.
  • Ability to providetemporary coverage for the Segment Director role, acting as asenior point of contact and trusted authority within theteam.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree inBusiness, Marketing, or a related field (MBApreferred)
