Role: Consultant - Strategic Consultancy
Location: Dubai

Role Purpose:

To carry out market research and feasibility studies, development appraisal, pricing trends, benchmarking study, highest and best use, including financial modelling, with the aim to deliver and provide excellent customer service to existing clients and new business clients to maximize business opportunities across UAE.

Key Accountabilities of the Role:

General:

  • Provide a high standard of customer service and care.
  • Present the company in a professional manner at all business events and encourage cross-selling with departments.
  • Engage in self-development and continuing personal development.
  • Meet and manage clients for various ongoing projects in the team.
  • Promote the organization at all relevant opportunities when meeting people in the industry.
  • Maintain confidentiality among clients.
  • Contribute to a transparent and flexible work environment with management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist management with incoming new business opportunities.
  • Assist in proposal and other pitch documents.
  • Prepare ongoing strategic consulting reports.
  • Assist in financial models for various asset classes for strategic consulting.
  • Support feasibility studies, HBU's, development appraisals, pricing studies, and benchmarking studies as required.
  • Complete tasks timely assigned by the line manager.
  • Update market research data as part of the projects.
  • Collect data and conduct site inspections for projects.
  • Maintain and update data.
  • Coordinate with various departments for projects and data collection as required.
  • Ensure a high standard of report output.
  • Possess excellent knowledge of the property market.

Risk:

  • Carry out due diligence to mitigate exposure to risk.
  • Comply with the Standard Operating Procedures for the valuation and advisory department.

Training:

  • Provide specific research training for the team as required.
  • Support the valuations team with consulting data from time to time.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for This Role:

  • University Degree (preferred in Real Estate Management and/or Finance).
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Excellent market knowledge.
  • Excellent time management.

Previous Experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience working in the Real Estate strategic consulting field or related services.
